Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

 

UNFKWTBL COMPANY INC is an online, print-on-demand store. Most products are made specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or temporary product shortages.

FREE U.S. SHIPPING

We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on every U.S. order—no minimum purchase and no discount code required.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated separately at checkout. Expedited shipping, when available, may cost extra.

DELIVERY TIMES

After production, estimated delivery is approximately 2–8 business days for U.S. orders and 10–30 business days for international orders. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed by weather, holidays, customs processing, carrier disruptions, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING AND MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

When tracking information becomes available, it will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. Tracking may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

Products may be fulfilled by different production facilities. Items from the same order may arrive separately and at different times. U.S. customers will not be charged additional shipping when an order is divided into multiple packages.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at unfkwtblcompanyinc@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production begins.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to claim the package may require an additional shipping charge before being resent. Free U.S. shipping does not cover reshipment caused by an incorrect address, refusal, or an unclaimed package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping charges, when available, are calculated at checkout. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless collected during checkout.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package has been lost, contact us at unfkwtblcompanyinc@gmail.com and include your order number. We will help investigate the shipment with the applicable provider or carrier.
